Listen closely
I want to understand your real business before writing a headline that could belong to anyone.
About Trevor Unland
I have sat across from businesses trying to decide where growth will come from, and I build the websites and technical systems that have to support that decision. I bring both perspectives to every page I make.
Why that matters
I have worked in business development with leading marketing agencies, talking through marketing needs and how businesses evaluate growth services. I have also led marketing and digital-presence improvements. My independent work includes public technical writing, software, and research projects on unland.dev.
Those roles taught me to listen for the gap between what a business knows about itself and what a prospective customer can actually see. In my own projects, I have to close that gap in the writing, the interface, and the code. When I work on your site, I look at what the buyer needs to hear, what the page actually says, and whether the implementation supports it.
You talk to me about the business, and I carry that understanding through the page plan, design, build, and checks. If a page needs a stronger explanation, a better route to contact, or cleaner search signals, I can work on those connected pieces directly.

I can work with local service businesses and technical founders remotely. I handle the work personally and keep the scope and communication direct.

I want to understand your real business before writing a headline that could belong to anyone.
Every important URL should answer a question and make the next step easier.
I verify the HTML, layout, links, search signals, and live behavior against the agreed scope.
Start with the real problem
That is often the best place to start writing a better website.
